EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Convivo occupies the ground floor of Santa Barbara Inn directly facing the Pacific, with 70 seats indoors and another 70 on the ocean-view terrace. The Italian-inspired menu is built on local sourcing from Central Coast farms and Santa Barbara fishermen, with house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, and fresh seafood. As the hotel's own restaurant, it is one of the few Santa Barbara dining rooms where a guest can walk from their room to a genuinely place-rooted dinner table without leaving the property.

Convivo is the on-site restaurant of Santa Barbara Inn, operated as part of the hotel's independent hospitality program. The kitchen sources from Central Coast farms and local fishermen, with a menu centered on Italian-inspired California cuisine served with direct ocean views.
