The Culver Hotel Bar & Restaurant occupies the ground floor of the Culver Hotel, running from the ornate Grand Lobby through a garden terrace that opens onto Culver Boulevard. The menu is French-California in character, steak frites and branzino alongside seasonal produce from local farms, a raw bar of West Coast oysters and prawns, and a wine list that favors natural and biodynamic producers. Live music plays in the Grand Lobby nightly: jazz piano most evenings, full ensembles on weekends, the music rising into the lobby's original pressed-tin ceiling.

The Culver Hotel Bar & Restaurant is the on-site dining program of the 1924 landmark, named for the hotel's century of operation at the center of Culver City's civic and cultural life. The kitchen is built around seasonal California produce sourced directly from local farms, prepared in a French bistro tradition, steak frites, branzino, ratatouille, a raw bar of West Coast oysters and prawns. Live music plays in the Grand Lobby nightly, ranging from jazz piano to full jazz ensembles, as it has in various forms throughout the hotel's hundred-year history.
