EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
The Granada Bistro occupies the ground floor of the 1922 Spanish Colonial building, with exposed brick, original hardwood floors, and a warm dining room that manages to feel both historic and entirely current. The menu is rooted in Central Coast farms and producers, seasonal vegetables, local seafood, and a wine list that leans hard into Edna Valley and Paso Robles. After dinner, the adjacent Nightcap lounge is one of SLO's best spots for a craft cocktail in a speakeasy-like setting. Reservations are recommended on weekends; the bar seats are first-come.
OPERATOR STORY
The Granada Bistro is the culinary centerpiece of the Granada Hotel, operated by Nomada Hotel Group. The farm-to-table restaurant serves nightly dinner and weekend brunch in the hotel's restored 1922 dining room, and has become one of the most consistently well-regarded tables in San Luis Obispo. It draws both hotel guests and locals in equal measure.
