EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Phatsy Kline's Parlor Lounge occupies the street-level space of the Eagle House, directly below the grand theater ballroom with its stained-glass ceiling and curved wooden balconies. The menu runs to tapas-style small plates, locally sourced and organic, with craft cocktails, local wines and ciders, and house-made desserts. When live music fills the ballroom above, the whole building comes alive: a 135-year-old Victorian performance space doing exactly what it was built to do. The owners are local to Eureka and the programming reflects it.

Phatsy Kline's Parlor Lounge is the on-site bar at the Inn at 2nd & C, operated by Eagle House LLC under the same ownership as the hotel. It serves tapas-style small plates with locally sourced and organic ingredients, craft cocktails, and local wines and beers. Weekly live music in the grand theater ballroom upstairs makes it the cultural heart of the building.
