Ownership:
This 1888 Victorian landmark is stewarded by a family team passionate about historic preservation. On March 6, 2017, sisters Jennifer Metz and Rebecca Rex, with their partners Timothy Metz and Tammy Rex, acquired the Historic Eagle House after years of admiration and planning. Their vision was to revitalize the grand dame, honoring its past while infusing it with modern boutique sensibilities. They rebranded the lodging as The Inn at 2nd & C to create a distinct guest experience while preserving the building's historic legacy.
